Auto ISO for M8?

Same here. Though I've shot many photos with a rangefinder in a previous life, the last ten years or so of my photographic hobby have been SLRs, digicams, and DSLRs. I currently shoot with a Canon 1DmkII.

One of the reasons I'm getting an M8 is because the more I use my Canons, the less I feel like I'm taking the picture. I feel more and more like a tripod holding up a photographic machine and less and less like a photographer. And yeah, I use manual focus from time to time and expose manually, and by my standards anyway, I do a pretty good job of it. But I look forward to more immersion in the process and a lot less mediation by the technology.
