Not cool that this guy didn't get permission to use the photos...

Galleries are a feature of flickr.
Every time someone adds your photo to a gallery you are notified, and then given the option to remove it should you so desire.
If anyone didn't want their photo in it then they could have just taken it down.

When someone on FLICKR marks my photo as a "Favorite" or me as a Contact, I click to look at their photostream. If it comes up as "xxxx Has Nothing Available to You", I block them.

This person is a student, and probably dreams of having these cameras. If it bothers you, send him a Flickr Mail.

he needs to grow more of an appreciation of Nikon RF's!
