I use to shoot Raw + B&W Jpeg. The Raw files are ok but the Jpeg are very dark. Anybody knows why ?

This sounds strange, at least for me. The RAW and JPEG should have the same exposure balance.
I can think of 2 reasons:
1. Your B&W settings might be contributing (high contrast, etc...)
2. Depending what your RAW processing program is, it might be that the program is opening the RAW file with wrong settings (brighter then it really is).

In fact they do differ, but not by that much. This is most likely, in my case at least, down to which RAW converter is used. Have you checked the "Film" settings in the camera settings menu? You have 4 in all, standard, film 1, 2 and 3. These have different saturation, tint, contract, edge enhance and noise reduction settings. The JPEGs will be stored with these settings, but the RAW converter can discard them if it so decides, or you can manually.
