Back on the streets...

Hi everybody,

yesterday I was in Bochum, a town in the Ruhr area in Germany and I took some street shots with my Zorki. I did what some of you told me in the Utrecht-Thread and overexposed the pictures a little bit. That was a great advice because it was much easier to scan them now.
It´s a few minutes past midnight here and so I´ll show youo two of the images before I go to bed. If you like them I will show more later.

Nice images. What kind of scanner do you have? Looks to have done a nice job.

Thank you both. I use a Canoscan 4200f but I hope to upgrade to a 9000f next month. I prefer to scan negatives and sometimes I shoot MF so I need a scanner which can deal with 6x6 negatives.
The quality of the scan is okay as long as you keep it comparatively small. But I think it´s not enough for a print in letter size.

I like the composition in the Bermudadreieck photo. As Paul said including the shadow has been a good idea. Just my opinion, which could be wrong of course, may be a little more contrast...

When I look at the Bermudadreieck picture now I think you are right, a little more contrast would be better.
I live in Essen, so it was a short visit in Bochum but I´m there very often.
