Balda Baldax —*2 red windows?

My Balda Baldax arrived today. In great condition. the 2 red windows are confusing me…which do I look use?

I assume it's a 6x4.5 camera.
Expose the first frame with the number on the first window,
wind on and expose the second frame with the number in the second window.
