They do if you can find them, but they are pricey. I just acquired a chrome current issue 50 Cron in screw mount. Leica did make a small run of some current lenses in screw mount a few years ago.

A IIIC and a lever wind is probably dearer today.
In '70 when I first had a IIf the store bought film came with a bottom loader leader, so loading was nearly as fast, or my memory has faded... and yes my memory which was never good, has faded a bit
