Has anyone used them for film developing services? Have you tried the Hi-Res scans compared to the Premium scans, and how much better are the Premium scans? Are the Premium scans good enough that you do not need to scan the film again yourself? Have you used their online ROES system, and are you happy with it?

I know someone that has used them, he was happy with scanning and their other work. If you want I will ask him.

It has been a number of years since I have used Bay, but their developing was always spot-on, especially for color transparencies. Can't speak to their scans or online services.

Great service I would say, besides the likelihood overcharging the shipping fee.
I am in east coast and I have no problem sending my film all the way to S.C.
The film developing service is as good as it gets FYI. Never used the scanning.
