I love your pictures. Is it possible to see them in large size?
The way you processed the Foma is impressive, the tones are splendid.
Best,
Marc

I just returned from the Boutte - Houma and Morgan City area of Louisiana due to the closure of I-10 over the Atchafalaya Spillway.
You picked an ideal time to visit. There are much fewer mosquitoes during this time of year and many more birds are in the area.

I'm afraid too many people are discovering the "Scenic Route" between Lafayette and New Orleans. Next time, take the slow route between Lake Charles and New Iberia through Lake Arthur, Kaplan and Abbeville.
Mike, I saw your pictures on APUG. Glad you shared them here.

I've had my second cup of coffee. I would be remiss if I didn't also mention Geydan. One of prettiest little communities you'll ever find.

Mike - the enlarged image looks great. In fact, it was my favorite of the two posted earlier.
Wayne - I almost made it to Gueydan, LA on Saturday which is on Highway 14. It was raining a bit or more than a bit at times. Bookin west in a 71 VW Bus, at Kaplan I hooked north towards Interstate 10 where it was raining much more than a bit.
Anyone else - Cajun Mardis Gras happens along this route in February, which is definitely worth a trip.
