Bell and Howell/Canonete 28

Just recieved this camera.It is an earlier model 28 with the circular sensors in the lens barrell,looks good,but no shutter operation.I understand this is an automatic camera,but can not find where a battery would go.If anyone can advise of any information about this camera.Thank you.

Thanks for the info,took the front lens assembly apart applied some naptha,the blades move freely,but the shutter button will not fully deploy,they are locked even after several advances of the lever,the lever does feel a bit soft.I was hoping the sticky blades when ceaned up would allow full deployment of the shutter button,Please advise.

Thanks for the help,it is working ok now.There is a wheel in the film chamber,that also must be advanced to allow shutter operation.,as the film advances,it moves this wheel,never seen this before,but this is what it is about,Thanks again to everyone.
