What is a small belt bag I can wrap around my waist? I only cary one camera, 2 lens and some films.

I want to be able to carry camera with me at all time.
I don't need solutions for SLRs.

I have the Kinesis belt kit - very well thought out - i also use the Newswear pouches
http://www.newswear.com

Domke also make small belt pouches and the Billingham Avea series 3 and 5 also work well on a belt.

I just thought as you mentioned you were in Bangkok in a few other threads then go see Photohobby third floor Silom Complex - they have some Domke canvas belt pouches and the PhotoFile "versions" in ballistic nylon. Photofile in MBK 3rd floor also stocks all the Lowepro belt and pouches system. Eddie at Camera collection carries the Billingham Avea sereis pouches and the Biillingham bags - not cheap though.

I still think Kinesis and Newswear are better made and thought out as they were especially designed for PJ's and have better weather protection and more padding.

The newswear pouches look interesting. Which one(s) do you think are small enough for a rangefinder and Rf lenses, Simon?

Hi Ray
I have the 'body pouch" which will easily hold a M with 50 lux and hood and two of the "small pouches" which will hold M bodies. They also contain a separate flat pocket on the outside which is useful for filters (i think it was designed with data cards in mind). Not fofr those who don't like velcro though.....

Can't say I'm a huge fan of velcro, but I must say these newswear look very trim and tidy. Was thinking of a 5XA to wear as a belt bag, but I've got the "Tamron" 5XB (was cheaper) and find the top zipper just too tedious. I fear on an even smaller bag it'd be even worse.

Not sure where you are in the world, but Eddie Bauer have a very nice small shoulder/belt pouch that I find excellent for putting up to 4 lenses into plus some small accessories. And, it sells for about $30 US.
