Bergger Pancro 400 HC-110 Dilution H times

I've been shooting this film a lot lately. My first four rolls I shot at EI 250 and waaay overdeveloped in Dilution B.

Does anyone have a good starting time for shooting this film at EI 250 and developing in Dilution H? I guess the best way for me to find a good starting point is to reduce my Dilution B dev time and then double it, for Dilution H, when I get it right?

I went out and shot one roll of the same scene, metered at 250 ISO. I cut ~6 frames off the roll and developed them.

This is Dilution H, 14 minutes, 68 degrees. Agitating gently for the first 30 seconds, then 5 times every 3 minutes.

I'm going to do it again and dev for a little less time and try pre-soaking, like Bergger recommends.

I do not have any info on Dil. H but I have developed at Dil. B. and I am happy with the results
I shot the 120 at 400 and developed B at 9 mins.


I shot the 35 at 200 and developed Mass Dev time.
