One of the things I love with this camera is how quiet the shutter is! Even though the camera is big, it just doesn't seem to bother people when I'm going about taking pics. It's so quiet. And one advantage of having big hands, it feels wonderfully balanced in my hands. I can easily focus with my thumb while shooting away. Really enjoying mine.

Yep, thumb focusing for me too.

I have a virtually new Bessa III ... four rolls of film through it ... that I want to sell. After using it a couple of times, I found that I preferred the feel of a Hasselblad 500CM so it's just been sitting on the shelf waiting for me to get around to posting it for sale.

It does have a terrific lens and makes great photos.

What's even more telling is this 1:1 detail enlargement of the scan:

Superb detailing with this lens.

Vienna (Austria) from the wine hills above the city, on a beautiful autumn early morning. GF670, Heliopan yellow filter and Ilford XP2.
I have not used the GF670 all that much yet - this was taken during my daily pre-work road bike ride The camera fits into my small Camelbak, so I sometimes take it if I feel the light is right and my urge to shoot film is there.
