Speaking of the Bessa's heritage... Put the original Bessa next to a Canon P and you'll see just where a lot of the design details came from. There are a lot of similarities in things like the rewind lever and the position of the flash socket.

I guess the Cosina CS-3 is the same as the Vivitar XV-3. Good luck, whatever you decide...personally, I would not take the risk.

...I have a Yashica FX-3 Super, but it is broken (another 'mint' eBoy camera, hooray) and the shutter releases as soon as you wind on.

This is quite an easy fix, but you'll need a non-damaged replacement part from a donor body of similar heritage. PM or email me if you would like more details.
