I have the Bessa II but cannot find a leather case with the hole on the back to see the counting number from 1 to 8.
Does a case exist for the Bessa II with the hole ? Does one have to take picture without the case ?

Yes, indeed there is a tan-colored leather case that came with the Bessa II. Just google or ebay "Bessa II" and one will show up eventually!
