Hello,
I have got a Bessa R which rangefinder needs adjustment. Infinity setting at the lens isn't infinity in the rangefinder window (by the way how far away is infinity) and in short distances I measured the distance which is a bit of too.
I found some adjustment pages in the internet but it seems that there are at least two different versions of the Bessa.
I allready removed the protector plate of the hotshoe and the hotshoe itself. Now I got 3 holes with a small slot screw in front, a bigger slot screw in the middle and a phillips screw at the rear.
Before I try to adjust something I wanted to ask if it is possible to tell beforehand where the horizontal alignment is (without trying). I found the two options rear and front screw.
How is the adjustment done. Is it just screwing in and out or do I have to move something else.
Thanks,
Tobias
