great shots! i really like the one of you and Mary. what did you develop with? there is an interesting tone in the first and fourth shots that i don't think i've seen in this stock. looks quite nice.
I'm with George, the flower lady shot is pure.... pain.
That hounds tooth material in her jacket looks great at screen resolution- like the material is arranged perfectly horizontal and vertical.
Do you have an opinion about Ilford's Pan films? I haven't tried them and suspect I might like them, but they don't seem to be available here in the U.S.
Am I mistaken about availability here?
Ted-
Ilford's pan films are an older generation of technology than the currently available Pan F, FP4, and HP5 plus series.
They are simply known as Pan 100 and 400. Ilford's website mentions them.
Ilford is my favourite film, PAN 400 has grain & I like it🙂 - I developed it in FR3 ( manufacturer: Fotokemika, Croatia ) at 6,5 minutes.
tone is from scans, but on second shot I used shadow/highlights in PS ... it was underexposed 🙁
this roll was test for BESSA in camera metering ... I don't know, but I think that
I will always have problems with that ... 😱 this is one family shot :
my BIG friend, Јован this shot is cropped, contrast - 10% aded in PS
one underexposed shot(window is behind my back, late afternoon, camera metering):
again Petar, great shots. i think your metering and/or recovery process is doing quite well.
Ivan - are you talking about the Pan F+ 50? i've used it a few times - 120 in the m7 (personally, i found the dev time with hc110 a bit too short for consistency). i found it to be a nice, not grainy at all film. different than Pan 400 - more 'professional'.
Rokkor is FANTASTIC - sharp, with great control of DOF 🙂🙂🙂
Some day, when I have possibility I'll have just one more lens: something wide,
28mm, maybe.

The Rokkor is a killer lens, and your shots show it well. Typical Summicron !
Good stuff, Vlad. I like the photo of you and Mary - nice to meet you guys ! Best,
Nice work Petar. I actually like your "underexposed" shot of Mary nursing. The contrast between her white clothing and mother's dark clothing is more striking.
