Hi All,
Just put this under-used lens on my new Bessa-T, and it's a match made in heaven. It handles perfectly, high speed, great signature, everything functions perfectly together as a unit. I'm delighted, gonna use it over the holidays.
Waiting for a T-Winder and an Artist and Artisan strap from Photovillage. An early Christmas present to myself.

Nice job Dan! Isn't it cool when we rediscover things we may have passed over or seldom use? Sometimes it's just like having a new piece of equipment, but without the bill that goes with it! Sounds like the T and 28 would be pretty cool.

I can't tell you why but I love my T just as much as my new Leica MP but in different ways. MP is like a highly tuned classic sports car and the Bessa-T is like a good friend that's fun to be with.

The magnified -adjustable ocular- rangefinder on the Telemetro Voigtlander model cameras makes focusing the 28/1.9 highly precise. That and it looks very cool

IMHO, the T is a MUST HAVE for everyone who has M mount lenses. It is a great first or second camera. The RF EBL is great (long) and it can handle fast lenses without blinking (85/2, 90/2, 105/2.5, 135/2.8). It takes a winder and can hang from its right side and look very cool. It’s sturdy, not too heavy and handles like a friend. I think the RF only design is more resilient to hits than say an R2 or R4a.
I used a T as my main camera for about five years and never had a problem with it. I moved through several different types of finders (brightline, zoom, wire) and found ones that I love and other I didn’t. While I would love to have Pres K bring out an L2, a T2 would sell just as well.
Today, my T has replaced my Bessa L as the home for my 25/4. While I do not need a rangefinder for that lens, it allows me to use all of my lenses on her and it becomes a true second body to my M6 (not that I need one, knock on wood).

I had to file off the infinity lock off the flange, as the form factor of the T prevents the focus tab from moving when it's pushed inward. So, it would click into lock, but wouldn't budge out of it again..
After filing off the catch, everything works fine.. and it makes for an extremely compact carry-everywhere package.
