Best/cheapest mail order B&W processing?

I have about 20 rolls of shot but unprocessed B&W film that I really don't feel like developing. Most of it was shot on a trip to San Francisco a couple months back that I didn't develop because I was lazy. After that it built up a little more and I really don't feel like doing all of these rolls. Anyways, the local lab outsources B&W film to a mail order lab and charges $6.50 a roll. Is there anything cheaper?

Thanks in advance.

How about getting another forum member to process it for you and negotiating a fee.

I know it sounds ridiculous, but I'm just floating the idea.
