I would doubt you're going to see much discounting. Just like all new digital gear, the early buyers almost always pay full price.

Unless you buy from one of those shysters who then charge you another $100 for the box, $100 for the manual, $100 for the battery and $250 for a "camera care kit."

SH Photo has it for 5495 EUR, apparently, "available immediately". Either it's a scam, or it's the first time he's actually cheaper than someone else.

Meister Camera lists it for 5495 EUR. Seems to be the standard price.

Yep, it's £4850 (british pounds) which is around 5500 euros in London, UK.
