BetterScanning.com dormant? Any recent interactions?

I tried to place an order twice with BetterScanning.com and even contacted them from two different email addresses (in case my emails were ending up in his junk) but there has not been any reply in the past two weeks....

Has anyone had any interaction with them recently?
