Some shots from a "temporary market and cafe" in Hong Kong. This place was an amazeing collection of floresent lighting, microbes, and cultures all mixed together with a layer of God knows what. Enjoy!

The WB seems as I remember- I'm going to play with increasing saturation and reposting a few. Remember the lighting was the most surreal and ugly collection of florescent light mixed with incandescent bulbs with a little diffused sunlight leaking in. I doubt if I were shooting film I'd have anything except extreme casts of yellow or orange or perhaps even blue over the entire image as I never had a film for /florescent, incandescent, diffused daylight/ in my bag (to Russia from America with love)

Well this was in HK not AZ
However I do seem to remember hearing about a film shot on our meat packing industry where "fecal matter" on beef was "off the charts". Or words to that effect.
My first response to meat hanging on the hook at room temperature? "You’ve got to be ****ing kidding me!” Then I think, "The meat here seems very, VERY FRESH". In fact HK has some of the best food I've ever eaten and I've traveled 2/3 of the planet (and counting).
