Yup, I spotted that also yesterday. No notes either as to if this was a mock up from an over enthusiastic Photoshop user or is it really does exist and ready to ship. I like it although an olive one would be better.

I notice that the lettering was also yellow which does not light my candle.

Yeah, I think the blue is not so bad but the yellow lettering makes it look cheesy, tacky and cheap.

Reminds me of the blue T101 set. I have not heard anything about a special limited edition for the R2A/R3A. So let us sit tight and see! 🙂

Yellow on blue is supposed to be the most effective contrast-wise. Maximum visibility from a distance for humans at least. But that doesn't mean it isn't ugly!

Hey, I had a red Brownie Starflash when I was young, does that count? 🙂 (Wasn't bright scarlet or anything, kind of a dusty red.)

The Blue 3A is a one off.

Mr. K likes to experiment.

At this point in time, there are no plans for a production blue 3A, though I certainly would like to see it.
