Hi Backalley.
HC-110 is my favorite "Go To" developer and I use it with Tri-X rated at Ei200. My particular method is; dilution H at 20c for 9 mins. First 30 secs continuous gentle agitation, then 2 gentle inversions at the start of each subsequent minute. It is a 1:63 dilution from the syrup concentrate and this is best measured by syringe for accuracy due to it,s viscocity. I use 8ml and then wash out the syringe into the mixing jug and add water to make 500ml total volume. It is a very consistent developer and totally reliable used in this way and highly economical too.
