I was just there last week. They have a bunch of old/used 35mm SLR equipment and new digital cameras. They say they are Leica dealers but they carried only the D-Lux 4. They didn't have any M mount lenses and told me that they usually put these lenses on Ebay. It is a small place. Is it worth visiting? If you're staying around there, sure. As a Boston resident and cameras enthusiast, if I were to shop for rangefinder equipment, I would head over to EP Levine at the waterfront. Take the Silver Line and walk over to the "Design Center" where they're located. I also happened to be there last week and they had a bunch of used Leicas (including M6), various Leica lenses, new Zeiss Ikons, Voigtlander micron 4/3rd to M adpators, and even an M9 as a display/demo unit which I had a chance to test out. Their prices are decent. In addition, if I was shopping just for digital equipment, I would go to Calumet in Cambridge. You could take the red line to Kendal (MIT) and a ten minute walk will get you there. Their prices are good (cheaper than advertised online).
