Pleasing to the eye composition and subject wise, but a little dark in my humble opinion.

I like the way the light is reflected off the cloud and then from the water.

I think the composition is stuck. The cloud should have more space, eighter on the left or on the right.

I think something between the light and darker versions would be better. The land mass makes the horizon look a little off. Try burning the land mass a little more.

Composition wise: it is ok. A neat cloud, but I must be honest that it does not draw me into the picture. Maybe cropping a little more all around might help emphasis the majesty of the cloud even more.
