Bullseye Contarex serial numbers

Can anyone tell me where the serial number is located on a Bullseye Contarex? Search as I have, it eludes me.

You have to remove the back 1st. It should be visible next to the tripod socket.

Thanks for your help, but I have been there, and done that. There was no sign of a serial number.

FWIW I confirmed that in my Bullseye it is about half an inch to the left of the tripod socket, you have to remove the back as said above.
