Based on a recent experience of mine, I can reccomend Fedka.

He treated me very well for a small $ item. Personal and fast service.
That said, I also I got a very nice Industar-50 collapsible(which is the "next generation" I-22, I think) from Alex-Photo on ebay. Good, cheap, and reasonable shipping time.
