I'm a little surprised that they returned it without checking it thoroughly. Usually they run full tests on a returned product,which should have revealed all the other problems on top of the CCD problem. 700$ for a CCD problem,although a lot of money, is not too expensive in my book.
I would recommend against selling it once it gets back. By the time they fixed everything youprobably have a brand new camera, and the new parts should stop it from breaking again. Selling it would mean all the repairs are a loss for you. It's up to you though, and I do understand you might be worried it may break again...

Thanks ksporry. I've checked again with the dealer that there will be one-year warranty on repaired parts. Maybe I shall sell it only if it breaks again.
This reminds me of someone says about recent Leica cameras: "They are like VWs - when you get a good one, they go forever; when you get a bad one, it's one problem after another..."
