I'm likely going to Kyoto this spring, and I am not turning up any results for pro labs. Osaka is the closest, but I would prefer something local. Any options? I'll need develop only for 35mm black and white. My best lab experiences ever were in Tokyo, but I realize Kyoto is much smaller. Thanks!

Sorry not sure about Kyoto but if it is only B&W you could easily do it yourself. Yodobashi has all the required in stock. I live in Tokyo but exclusively develop BnW myself.

I do all of my own at home, but don't want to take the time when traveling. Too much to shoot!

Ah sorry for some reason I thought you were moving there or something.
Let's hope some others chime in then, have fun in Kyoto!

Both Yodobashi and BIC Camera have locations in Kyoto and can do B&W development including push and pull... many of the small store fronts use Fujifilm Lab or Kodak Lab to develop film and can manage special requests.
