Like these very much, especially the last one. I've more to learn on technique... need to have a faster shutter speed for my captures and learn to focus faster. Did some hyperfocal on my latest and got some, missed others. Thanks for the inspiration!

@ David: I'm really digging deep blacks and almost always look out for these spots around town when out & about.
@ Rob: I'm still learning to read light & how to use it properly within the frame & composition. Part of the fun now is to chase little patches of light around town & see what happens...

@ Joe - the last time I was in Edmonton (last fall) I drove through downtown late afternoon & I remember there was some nice patches of light here & there... I'd like to roam around there sometime.
