I was wondering how you guys store your cameras? I know some of you have unfeasibly large collections thanks to GAS. Do you have a cabinet showing all of them, maybe only some and you switch around now and again? Or is it a cardboard box in the attic? Or somewhere inbetween?
I have just put mine in some cases in a sort of display fashion. A decent size bag of silica gel in each one should keep them nice until it's their turn to be dragged around with a film inside, I can post a pic if anyones interested. Or post a pic of your storage ideas.
(I looked through the discussions and couldn't see a similar thread).

良かったね!
Although I have concerns about plastic storage, I just started to keep my less-used in tupperware with dessicant. The humidity is a real danger whereas I'm not so sure about the dangers of washed plastic storage boxes.
I have about 500 valuable cameras and lenses. They're all in dirty boxes, on shelves, on the floor, in closets. My son smashes one every couple of weeks.

My lenses are sitting on my studio counter right now, or are in a box on the darkroom counter, I think there is one in the bedroom. The bodies are in the same places, plus two on my drying rack counter, and a few in the Domke F2. The O serie is in an old medicine cabinet in my hallway wall with the G2 & G lenses, and the XPAN 45. My filters are in boxes on a shelf over the desk in the darkroom. The digicams are on this desk, and the snapshot cameras are in a kitchen drawer for quick access. (I should give out my address next...) I have ordered a large metal drawer unit, which will hold all of that and all my LF lenses. Should be here soon- it's coming by truck.

Yes, Right There
I try to confine my collection to a couple shelving units, but I always come across cameras laying around the house!
And don't even get me started on studio gear. I have flashes and radio triggers everywhere

My M6 is sitting on my coffee table since I use it most. A few others are kinda strewn about in a semi-pile on one of my desks. D200 is in my Lowepro backpack. Yashica TLR and a couple others are up on a shelf. Brownie and one of my Canonets are sitting on a different shelf in front of me... no organization here..
