Cameraleather - getting a refund

So I ordered a kit from Morgan in Feb. of 2011 and it is now Nov. 2011. I have tried many times to get either the kit or a refund.

Has anyone been successful in getting a long-overdue kit or a refund? How do I go about contacting him when he does not reply to my inquiries?

By the way, this was for a kit that he said he had in stock.

Open a case with paypal, if too much time hasn't already gone by.

For the record, I finally got my kit. I tried to open a paypal dispute (which was rejected due to the lateness of it) and the next day there was an e-mail from Morgan explaining that the original must have gotten lost in the mail. He sent the replacement via trackable USPS.

While it was nice that he sent the second kit, I would have been even happier with just getting an e-mail from him the first time I wrote him instead of waiting 9 months.

Damn! This happens all the freaking time with Cameraleather. No excuse for this IMO.🙁
