Just got a Klasse and when running through its operatjon I've noticed the aperture is quite an asymetrical shape when it stops down to take a picture. Is this normal or is perhaps one of the aperture blades sticking a bit? If someone with a Klasse can test theirs and confirm that'd be great.

I don't own a Klasse so I can't check, but recall having seen others on the web ask the same question - although I don't recall the answer.
I do own a couple of cameras with very strange aperture shapes (my Minox EL comes to mind) and I think it is quite normal for an automatic compact camera to have these simplified aperture constructions that looks unorthodox.
I hope some owners can give you a better answer and perhaps correct me.

Hmm, good to know. Ya I'm familiar with other cameras with simplified apertures (like the Olympus XA). My copy of the Klasse has an aperture I'd expect, it's just quite asymetrical and even possibly off-center.
