Yeah, flights to the NCC are usually less expensive... or they're supposed to be. Maybe the Right Honorable Stephen can give you a ride?

I am taking the train from Ottawa... it's like 50$. But I booked early. Funny how the train ticket price gets larger the closer to the the date of one's departure.
 
Joe, I'm looking at Westjet. There are tickets from Edmonton to Montreal on Friday May 18th at 20:45 for 169$ and from Montreal to Edmonton on the 21st for 313$ and plenty on the Sunday for 169$.

i'm not getting these prices when going thorugh a travel agent. they say the sale prices is good for wednesday but not thurs/fri/sat.
and when i checked the net there were no friday flights
only flights that would get me into montreal on saturday around 6 p.m.
and leaving on wed is not really an option for me.
i have one more place to check on the way home from work today.

Hub and I get in around 5PMish the 18th, courtesy of VIA...

We will wait at Gare Centrale for Dave... who arrives a few minutes later from T-Dot. We willl then make our way to our hotel in Chinatown via Metro.

What's going on the 18th around 7PMish? Is there an itinerary? Or a cunning plan?

I do not know why anyone goes through a Travel Agent anymore... *wink* Hopefully you work it out and we will see you there!!!
