Canada canadian rff meeting - May 19, 20, and 21, 2007.

I know I'm a week behind, but kindly add me to the list. My wedding anniversary is a week or so before, so if I'm really, really nice to her and maybe find a really nice gift or take her out to eat.... maybe I can take-off for the weekend.

Rover, I might take you up on the ride offer, I'm 10-15 minutes from I-91 just south of White River Junction.
 
Is there a cut-off date for signing on.... I don't know my work schedule yet.

Kudos to Marc and BJ. Back in Aug 2005 a thread was started by … Marc Jutras suggesting we drop by his fair city and visit with him and BJ!

Hi there,

BJ Bignell is coming to Montreal between August 27 and September 12 and we're arranging a meeting. Anyone interested to join us?

Weekend days will be problematic for me but I can arrange pretty much anything during the week due to a flexible schedule.

Maybe we should think about a Bi Municipal (Montreal-Toronto) RF Fest #1 for 2006? Get some of the Toronto crowd and some of the Montreal crowd and visit each city respectively. Do some afternoon shooting and then go out for some food and tasty adult beverages of choice. Maybe even pair up a M/T and T/M pairing and go around eachothers respective town and show what some of your shots were about or interesting places to shoot? Probably could find some reasonable off downtown accomodation close to a Metro/Subway and leave the cars parked.

It could be planned around a summer event that occurs in each city to keep the interest up after / during the shooting.

Any interest even if it is tentative for one day only in the summer 2006?

Now the event is happening and it’s becoming the first RFF International Gathering or “RFF-InG # 1”

Hope to see you all there. All I want in my gift pack is an XL White on Black T shirt ….. Montreal Canada – RFF-InG #1 , any chances?

Well, technically this won't be the first international gathering: I've been in two RFF meets in London, and one in Belgium which was very multi-national.

But, I do like the t-shirt idea, and the name "RFF-InG". I will add it to my box of tricks, and we'll see what comes out... 😉
 
How about "North American RFF-InG #1"?
