Hi Folks

Anyone around knows how to dismantle a Canon LTM 100mm f/3.5 ?

I have two, a black and a chrome, one is hazy and the other needs the focusing helical to be relubed.

TIA

Michael

I have done the B+C one. From doing other chrome Canon lenses (85 and 135) in the past, I imagine the chrome one is not very different.

Pretty straight forward, this is how I remember:

- take the lens barrel of the focusing mount (just unscrews); then you can access the 2 rear elements with a spanner and go all the way to the aperture. Very likely the rear elements are the hazed ones.
- take the cover of the focusing mount
- take the RF cam off, which also blocks the focus at close distance. You can then take the inner helix out and lube.

Best,

Roland.
