Canon 25 VF question

I just bought a sweet 25/ 3.5 lens and VF from Kim Coxon here and I'm delighted w/ them; however, as Kim had noted the VF is missing the front glass. Could someone look at theirs and tell me if the front glass is flat or convex? If flat, I can replace it. If not, I'm SOL and maybe could wear as a necklace? Is that macho?

The front glass on the VF for the Canon 25 is convex. It is not as convex as the Voigtlander 25 VF that Kim included in his sale, but it is pretty close.

One of the eyeglass factories might be able to make the right thing, but you need an existing lens to measure.
