I was going to sell this lens to RFF member jorge2002, we agreed to a price, I packed up the lens to be ready to ship once his payment arrived, but it never did and he hasn't responded to PM or e-mail, so I guess I'll keep it! 🙂

Different strokes for different folks, it's all good.
Yeah, some strokes don't work the same on different folks. It is good. 😉

The Canon 35 f/2.8 is a good one to keep, Frank. Try a few more e-mails; maybe it's meant to be in your bag?

I understand why you would want to see pics from this lens. I have the 35mm f2.0. I don't know what it is about me and this lens, but every pic comes out great with this lens on my Canon 7. I don't have any pics on disc or I would post. By the way Vencha, there is a big "Market Days" in the Round Top area all this week. I did see a Canon IV for $150 that was in good shape and I didn't buy it.

I sold my Canon 50mm/2.8 and 35mm/2.8 to a fellow RFF member. I am in the process of packing up these two lenses. Both are wonderful lenses, but I have too many lenses and I am buying the
M6. This way, someone else here can enjoy such fine lenses with vintage fingerprints.

Did you use a filter? Where in TX are the images from?

You guys made me buy one! @#*^#*&$%

Bill

Bill,

Enjoy the lens. I neglected mine for too long. Using and liking it more and more.

I used a green filter on some tree pictures I'll post shortly. The jury is out on that filter. Not sure if I like the results. The macinery is in our shop at work in Houston. My backyard is in Wood County, north of Tyler.

From my backyard, BW400CN, no filter...

Kitchen, BW400CN, no filter.

I can see why your tag line is "Here and there in TX" --you have a long commute. Where's the machine shop in Hou?

I lived approx. 35 yrs. in Hou--know it well, but don't miss the heat/ humidity/ mosquitos one bit. Every time I see a mountain here, I go "WOW"! I guess you know why.

The office is on FM 529 next door to the Weatherford drilling rig. I miss mountains! Moving from New Orleans wasn't a big change in enviornment, but I'm about 8 hours closer to New Mexico!

More pictues please! I don't want to hog this exercise.
