canon 50 1.5 on M

does anyone have a problem with the RF coupling when used on the M camera? I cant focus to infinity... there's still a little bit for the patch to go in order for it to line up..

No problem of my Canon 50/1.5 on R-D1. Maybe you need to have a check.

I use the canon on my M5. The focus is spot on when wide open.

Get someone with a micrometer to measure the thickness of the LTM-to-M adapter. If it is not exactly 1mm thick, it is defective, and the cause of your problem. Your symptom would be caused if it was a little thicker than 1mm.

Its a vm adapter.... I tried 2 and still it cannot do infinity focus..
