Hi there,
My interest in fast lenses on the R-D1 arises from Sean's observations or theory about the different 'drawing' powers of (especially) old lenses. I took some photos with Nikon 50/f1.4, Canon 50/1.2, Zeiss Sonnar 50/1.5, and Hexanon 60/1.2, and the results are very interesting. I will post the picture of the Canon here first. There is no problem with focusing on the R-D1.
