I won a Canon 7 RF on Ebay and the description said it had the Titanium shutter ribbon replaced and it looks great. I have only run one roll through it but I am not sure the light meter is right on. Need to do more testing to see if it is close to being on.
I am wondering if the little circle on top near the speed dial is an adjustment? If not I can either crank up or down the ASA to make up for it I assume?
It is a great camera as most of the ones I see on Ebay have drastic wrinkles of the shutter and this one is smooth. I read the brake sometimes causes the wrinkling???
Since it came from a seller in Japan I didn't realize there were still new titanium shutters available for 50 year old cameras? Anybody know for sure?
