Yep, I think the second take works better. An example where content trumps technical considerations.

With Tokina 24mm F2.8 F mount.

Canon not expensive EF to R adapter sold out. I was able to place the order with BestBuy, but not sure if they have it, either.

With manual focus lenses only for now, I flipped RP's screen inside and not using it at all.
This is really good feature for me.
