OK, I am working on 1 hour's sleep after spending the day in Boston and attending the Red Sox game last night. Rover is not full of energy, but I did go pick up my IV sb2 at the post office today

what a nice camera. In excellent shape, the lens is just about perfect, my goodness what a kit. I should have bid against Joe for that 100/3.5 .
This has to be my best ebay experience ever. The camera is so clean inside, the cloth curtain looks like new, all the speeds sound great, the veiwfinder looks pretty clean (can use an exterior cleaning). I am a tired yet happy camper.
Oh, and my other 50/1.8 arrived too. Now I have three of them.

the more i read about that iv sb2 the more i think i need/want one.
but not for awhile.
i'm not sure what it is, but there is something about these older screwmounts that has such a charm and appeal. i quite like fondling mine and i'm really not much of a fondler.
for awhile i thought maybe i was a bit off, wanting a bottom feeder as back up/2nd body for a p when i already had 2 p's.
but, more & more, i like the idea of having 2 kits, nearly the same with just different versions of the same lenses.
anyway, hope you have a peaceful sleep and enjoy!

Joe, mine has been well fondled too. It feels soooo cool. I love the 3 magnification viewfinder. Pretty close to a zoom lens feeling in use, well, at least the veiw is.

I don't know squat about Canon RF cameras, so I thought I would alert those who like them to this ebay auction, Item number: 7519888555. It is a Canon 7 with, get this, a .95 lens. It is big and I guess you could take pictures by candle light. Anyway, just a head's up!
