Anybody has information about Canon lens calibration prices and turn around times? I need to shoot a few weddings and one of my lenses needs to be checked on....

Probably depends upon a whole bunch of information. Are you using EOS lenses? FD? Rangefinder? Where are you located?
Those bits are a start.
I do happen to know that Canon in New Jersey has a pretty good turnaround time, but these days you're probably looking at well over a month due to the combination of lower staffing due to the pandemic, shipping, estimate and approval, repair time, and return shipping. That said, they only work on the current stable of lenses which they sell, I'm not even sure about older EOS.
