i disagree. the canon 35 f2 is prettier

The P looks pretty with a black Jupiter 9... (look to the left and you'll see proof)

The P is a simple, highly functional RF w/ one caveat. Make sure you check to see the VF patch is dark (not faded) BEFORE you buy it.

I have a P and a VC II meter, but I seldom keep the meter on the camera for the reasons mentioned by Novum. I don't meter every shot, but keep the meter handy in a shirt pocket when I'm out shooting.

I use a small piece of masking tape at the base of accessories that keep slipping of the accessory shoe. It works.

It is also easy to remove ....
I wrap the tape also around the edges of the base to make the fit snug.
