Canon Rangefinder Collection website

impressive collection that makes my several canons look like junk.

I assume that the IIIx is a custom modification. Very nicely done, too

This is a nice looking collection of Canon RF equipment. No question about it. "Real" collectors have real collections; I don't.

Benny, when are you sharing yours? 😛

My humble stash will be an embarrassment. They are just random lens purchases with no regard for mechanical functionality or optical clarity. The timely arrival of Peter's book gave me an idea what a 'respectable' lens collection looks like and I'm working towards putting together a basic Canon LTM lens collection. However, unique serial numbers, special markings, ID variations, cameras and the extensive accessories will be beyond my capacity. I'll just start small and see if it'll snowball.

Cheers,

Thanks for posting this fascinating link. An amazing collection.

I especially liked the IIIx, and the 2 1950's. I haven't even scratched the surface of the site as yet. I've been too busy reading the documentation, reading the Skinner brochure, and drooling all over the keyboard.

A true resource for ANY Canon collector, or lover of beautiful RF's.

Harry
