Canon announced it will stop all DSLR production as of the beginning of April. The engineer department have discovered a serious design flaw in there cameras. While doing extensive research they uncovered that the DSLR may not be the answer to their customer's imaging needs. They have gone into patent negotiations with Kodak to see if they can buy the rights to the box brownie. Earlier negotiations with Lomo, the maker of the Holga, failed. Canon believes that plastic, rather than silly-con, is the way of the furture. Film at 11.

As I'm a real good and helpful guy I will trade my 2 brownies agains a EOS-1Ds Mark II equipment (with at least 3 EF-lenses!). If the equipment doesn't equal my brownies the difference can be paid through PayPal

What am I going to do with all that money I have saved up for my first DSLR? I guess I will buy some sharp lenses and a pristine Bessa.

there will be a second coming of agfa which will produce the new version of plates, moist plates(not as wet as wet plates and not as dry as dry plates).Amen

You may be onto something there, with Andy K. buying into Epson printers, can it be that Epson buys the rest of Agfa and revives Meopta?

some large chemical company bought the rights to rodinal so agfa is reincarnated in a way and meopta is live and kicking as far as I know.
