Canon Teasing a Mystery Camera?

Possibly a new product (not a camera) that is the first fruit of their new venture with HP. Some printer with more streamlined operations.

Or... could it be... the long-awated SED TV?? :)

just please god let it not be the introduction of a new non-EOS compatible mount. Not that I think they'd be that dumb. Though I could see it being the first in a series of EOS mount, mirror-less SLR's with EVF.

It looks like they are coming out with a new refrigerator and washing machine/dryer combo.

They're going to face stiff competition. LG has a combination model that has a built in camera, touchscreen HD LCD, wifi, bluetooth, it does Dolby and has 7.1 surround sound, a walk-in closet, and it makes ice.

I doubt Canon would come out with a non-EF interchangeable lens camera.

I actually think it's quite likely...eventually anyway.
No idea what's under the red cloth at the link, but it seems to me that the mirrorless "slr" segment is going to be impossible to ignore.

Wild Guess! A larger format system that falls some where between 35mm FF and MF Digital, something like the S-2 system but a much lower price.

Here's an interesting thought...

Zeiss has it's fingers into Nikon now... and since Leica has dumped the R series they've got no hold on the SLR market. What about a new Canon/Leica team up that would see a line of EOS mount Sumicrons and Sumiluxes :)
