Canon VT CLA

I have a very clean VT with a nice contrasty RF patch but slow speeds are all wonky and winding feels a bit rough. Any suggestions on who is good with these?

In the U.S., Youxin Ye works on Canon VT's. DAG (Donald Goldberg) does too. Kanto Camera, in Japan, has a good reputation for CLA's. There are others, too.
