Canonet III QL17 plastic viewfinder window piece

Hi guys,

I was wondering if anyone had any ideas on how to replace the plastic that covers the viewfinder of the Canonet III QL17. Mine fell off a couple of months ago and I don't really know how to fix it because it won't stay in place. Every time I think fixed it and it'll stay in place, it falls off again. Any ideas?

Weldbond glue. Dries clear in case you get some where it would be in your eyesight.
